Refund Policy
How refunds are handled across C2W programs and services. This is a starting framework and should be reviewed by counsel before publication.
Digital education and mentorship
Because lessons, guides, and mentorship materials are delivered immediately upon access, these purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Ongoing services
Monthly services may be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Fees already applied to completed work in the current cycle are not refunded.
Tradelines
Where a purchased tradeline does not post as described within the stated window, C2W will work toward a replacement placement or a refund of that placement fee.
Shelf corporations
Once a transfer has been initiated, the purchase is final. If a transfer cannot be completed by C2W, the fee is refunded.
